BEGINNERS' YOGA & FLOW COURSE

Introduction to yoga in 6 weeks. A 6-class programme for beginners or those who are keen to explore postures and transitions in detail. It will give a grounding in breath, meditation, flow and balance. Designed to improve strength and flexibility, it will also support relaxation and wellbeing.

STRONG & SUPPLE FLOW

This Vinyasa flow with variations centres around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications that build strength and flexibility. This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. Meditation and breathing are incorporated to Enhance the benefits of this practice. To suit a wide range of experience - beginners may prefer one of the other classes as a starting point.
HATHA FLOW
Tuesdays 18.00-19.00
Awaken, stretch, align and fortify your body and mind with this easy-paced class of Hatha yoga incorporating some slow, flowing movements and meditative techniques. More experienced yogis will take each Asana to their level; beginners can learn within the nurturing safety of this class. There is no competition in yoga: it's just you, your may and your desire for greater wellbeing.
RELAX, RESTORE, REPOSE

Long holds in comfortable seated and lying positions - using pillows, blocks and blankets - your choice. Designed to relax your muscles, your mind and body. Perfect before bedtime to encourage a good night's sleep, this class allows gentle yet deep and more lasting stretches of the connective tissues of your body. Decompress after a stressful day. For everyone.
